Amanda Balionis golfs her way to Connecticut for the Travelers Championship

Amanda Balionis was joined by golf influencer Roger Steele and retired NFL running back, Brandon Jacobs, as she 'golfed' her way from New York City to Hartford, Connecticut for the final Signature event of the PGA Tour.

The CBS reporter and Steele started off the 'golf-tour' from Central Park where they tackled the impossible roughs. They moved on to Times Square and made a quick stop at New Haven to enjoy pizza along with some golf. The duo finally reached their destination, Hartford, where the Travelers' headquarters is located.

Amanda Balionis shared a video of their golfing shenanigans at every stop on her social media handle and captioned it:

"Distance between NYC and world-class golf? Basically nothing.
Spent a day with @roger_steele showing just how easy the Connecticut trip really is for travelerschamp! @nyg.td.record27 kicked us off perfectly in Central Park, and honestly? There is only one annual PGA TOUR signature event bringing some of the best players in the world this close to the city. June 18-22, who's coming!"
