The Super Bowl is right around the corner and so is the WM Phoenix Open. Intriguingly, both tournaments are being held at the same time and in the same city. Golf and the NFL are both quite popular in America.

Sports fans from all over the world will swarm Arizona this Sunday to watch two incredible tournaments, which will set them back more than $10,000.

The Super Bowl game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs will take place on Sunday, February 12, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, just 30 miles from TPC Scottsdale, where the WM Phoenix Open is currently in progress. The Phoenix Open final round will also occur on Sunday.

The audience will likely have trouble attending one of the events because of the high-profile names on them.

The total cost of attending both events, which includes the four-day tickets for the WM Phoenix Open and Sunday Super Bowl tournament, comes to at least $10,209.20.

The Phoenix Open field includes some of the best players, including 37 of the top 50 golfers, as well as well-known figures like J.J. Watt and Michael Phelps.

Earlier, Rory McIlroy also highlighted this in his interview by saying:

"It's amazing. I mean, to have two of these huge events in the same city on the same weekend, it's going to be really interesting because I feel like Saturday here is going to be a huge day in terms of the numbers and everything, and it'll be interesting to see what Sunday is like with people obviously wanting to get to the Super Bowl."

He added:

"But that stadium can only hold a certain number of people, where obviously this golf course can hold a lot more than that. Yeah, hopefully Sunday doesn't feel too much quieter than Saturday."

Undoubtedly, people will be confused about attending any one of the tournaments. However, those who can go can easily cheer for their favorite golfers and footballers.
