Scottie Scheffler is considered by many to be the best golf player in the world. While this claim may be debatable to many, one can't ignore that Scheffler is ranked #1 in the world. Furthermore, the claim of him being the best has been further fueled due to his recent exploits.

Last month at the PGA Championship, Scheffler shut his critics by winning his third Major. Nearly a month later, his LPGA counterpart, Nelly Korda, was asked what she thought about Scheffler's performance at Quail Hollow, and how she can mimic some of it at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

Korda answered (via ASAP Sport):

"Yeah, he's just an incredible player, incredible human being, and how consistent he is week in and week out, that's something to look up to."

On June 19th, Thursday, Nelly Korda will tee off at the Fields Ranch East in a bid to win her second KPMG Women's PGA title. While Korda hasn't been victorious until now in 2025, she will hope to register he first win this year like Scottie Scheffler did at The CJ Cup Byron Nelson.

Like Korda, Scheffler also hadn't won a single tournament early this year. However, he got his first win of 2025 at The CJ Cup Byron Nelson. He later followed this win with victories at the PGA Championship and the Memorial Tournament. Scheffler will next be seen in action at the Travelers Championship, which begins on Thursday.
