Justin Rose received his penalty on the par-3 hole 7 during the tournament's second round. Rose found his ball in a large pile of grass following his tee shot. To make the shot clearer, the golfer reached out and removed the grass from it. Rose made the ball move slightly while doing so by accident, and according to the regulations, once the ball moves, it must be reshot from the tee.

Unfortunately, Justin Rose did not anticipate the penalty and continued to play his game. This not only resulted in a two-shot penalty but also cost him the entire tournament.
