The 2024 Presidents Cup is around the corner. The 15th edition of the biennial event will be held from Tuesday, September 24, to Sunday, September 29, at the Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The International Presidents Cup Team attended the NHL match between the Montreal Canadiens and the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday, September 23. In the preseason opener at Bell Centre, the Canadiens beat the Flyers 5-0.
The video of the International Team attending the ice hockey match was shared on X/Twitter by the official handle of the Montreal Canadiens. They captioned the post:
"Bienvenue sur notre v̶e̶r̶t̶ blanc Dare we say warmups are in 'full swing.'"

'Bienvenue sur notre v̶e̶r̶t̶ blanc' translates to 'Welcome to our green white," with green crossed out. Green refers to the golf greens while white refers to the ice rink in hockey. 'Full swing' refers to a golf shot made by winding and unwinding around the spine.
In the video, the International Presidents Cup Team can be seen standing by the rink. Min Woo Lee and Tom Kim can be seen smiling at the back while Mackenzie Hughes is capturing the visuals of the ice hockey match. The golfers are wearing grey hoodies and T-shirts, paired with casual pants and sneakers.
Mike Weir is the captain of the International Team at the 2024 Presidents Cup. The most notable players on the team are Hideki Matsuyama and Adam Scott.
