"She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom. There is therefore an active dispute between Plaintiff and Defendant for which the Plaintiff needs a clarifying declaration from the court.”
Soon, Herman and Woods will appear in court and hash this out. It remains to be seen what type of punishment may be handed down if Herman wins, other than the removal of the NDA.
