The fifth and deciding round of the LPGA Q-Series Final Qualifying was played on Tuesday, December 10, at Magnolia Grove Golf Club in Mobile, Alabama. A total of 26 players earned an LPGA Tour card for the 2025 season.

Miyu Yamashita of Japan won the Q-Series Final Qualifying event at 27-under. The top 25 (plus ties) ended at 6-under, and several notable players missed out on an LPGA Tour card.
