British tennis player Emma Raducanu recently accepted an innovative challenge at the Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore to promote the HSBC Women's World Championship.

Emma Raducanu took on the iconic 18th hole at the golf course, however, with her own unique twist. She began her attempts with something she was more familiar with than a golf club.

The 20-year-old naturally hit a long shot with her racquet but was not impressed. She even exclaimed:

"It was nothing. I gave that all my power as well. I need something for distance."

Then, Emma Raducanu took out a baseball bat out of her amusingly packed golf bag. She said:

"I was that kid when we were playing rounders and they would shout, 'stand back'. So let's see if I am still any good."

She almost did a pirouette trying to hit the ball with the baseball bat. For her third attempt, Emma chose a white frisbee but the results weren't satisfactory.

She laughed and said:

"That was really pathetic."

Emma Raducanu added that she had never played on a course before but wanted to someday.

"I've never played on a course before but that's something I am hoping to do. I am on the course now for the first time with everything but a golf club."

"I see the red flag now" - Emma Raducanu

Emma Raducanu later kicked a soccer ball into the air. The British Tennis star noticed that she was getting closer to the red flag.

"I see the red flag now. I think we're getting close."

Raducanu later shifted to her comfort equipment: the tennis racquet. She hit the ball really long and said:

"I am on line, it's okay. I'm just gonna like look at the path right now and like you know."

She later again picked up the soccer ball and was impressed with how the kick went.

"Oh wow! It's gonna roll down, you see. It's right on line. That's exactly where I want it."

After a few more attempts, the 18th hole was finally in sight. However, she thought it would take a long putt to hole it.

She said:

"That's quite a long putt there. I am going to test myself and we can always Photoshop it afterwards."

Raducanu finally took out a golf club. It took her putts to put the ball on the 18th hole at the Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore.

It was certainly fun for the fans to watch her take on golf with a new twist as well.
