WATCH: Jodi Ewart Shadoff makes hole-in-one in Round 1 of The Amundi Evian Championship 2024

At the 2024 Amundi Evian Championship, Jodi Ewart Shadoff finished Round 1 with a score of 4-over par. However, her performance in the first round of the Major will be remembered for the brilliant heroics that she displayed on the 16th hole in a pressure situation.

On the 16th hole, Jodi Ewart Shadoff made a brilliant hole-in-one which received great reactions from the commentators and the crowd present. Shadoff hit a tee shot on the 16th and the ball landed perfectly on the right side of the green and went down the slope for an ace.

Ewart Shadoff's hole-in-one at the Major also earned her a Porsche Macan Turbo Electric worth $80,000. However, it is important to note that Shadoff's hole-in-one at the Major was not the first ace of the day. Before her, Chun-Wei-Wu made a hole-in-one.

However, the reason why she did not win a Porsche was because she made the ace on the fifth hole which was a non-prize hole. Regardless, the two women received huge applause from the crowd present after they made aces at The Amundi Evian Championship.
