An average footballer will run between 6 and 7 miles in the whole 90 minutes of the game, which is more than the average distance covered by players involved in other major sports. These players, obviously, have a risk of getting injured because of all the turning, kicking and twisting which puts strains on their muscles and joints for long periods of time on a constant basis.

Despite all that, some players can play many games and never get injured. With the advancements in science and medicine, doctors are always keeping up with the latest trends in sports medicine so that they can provide the best possible treatments and preventions for their clients.

With that being said here is my list of the 10 Fittest Footballers of All Time!
