Former Vancouver Canucks coach and avid WWE fan Bruce Boudreau made a surprise ringside appearance during Monday Night Raw in Hershey, Pa, delighting hockey fans.
Backstage, Bruce Boudreau met undisputed WWE tag team champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for a WWE digital exclusive. In a video released by the WWE, the former NHL coach gave the undisputed champs a pep talk following their main event match of the night with Matt Riddle against Imperium.
On Saturday, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will defend their titles against the Bloodline's Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at the Night of Champions. Boudreau also gave the Canadian duo some advice and expects them to deliver their best.

This encounter during the latest RAW episode was not the first time when Boudreau and Kevin Owens had met in person.
Kevin Owens is a huge Montreal Canadiens fan. In 2022, he was on his way to the 2022 NHL Draft ceremony, where he came across one of his greatest fans, former Canucks coach Boudreau. When Boudreau discovered that his favorite WWE star was standing right in front of him, he couldn't believe it.
The former Canucks coach's body language was very different, with a red face and a smile on his face. Both engaged in a fan-like chat, with the former Canucks coach offering his thoughts on the WWE championship, which Owens had not won since 2017.
As the conversation progressed, Kevin Owens expressed his gratitude to Boudreau for considering Owens to be his favorite wrestler and thanked him. This event made Boudreau's day as the meeting ended with a perfect selfie.
