5 potential opponents for Deonna Purrazzo at Slammiversary

#4 Deonna Purrazzo's greatest enemy and former ally Su Yung

Deonna Purrazzo recently kicked Susan and Kimber Lee to the curb, and her former besties are not thrilled about it. On the most recent edition of IMPACT Wrestling, Kimber Lee brought Susan back to Father James Mitchell. Lee was ready to deal with the consequences as long as he could "fix" Susan.

Su Yung was the only knockout able to dethrone Deonna Purrazzo since she appeared last year. When Kylie Rae failed to show up at Bound for Glory 2020, her friend Susie transformed into her other persona, Su Yung, to demolish Deonna Purrazzo and capture her second IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Championship.

Soon after, Purrazzo and her then-sidekick Kimber Lee enlisted the help of James Mitchell to rid themselves of Su Yung. What was left was a Karen-esque persona known as Susan. Now, if none of this makes sense to you or you find this silly, think of three names: Mankind, Cactus Jack, and Dude Love.

Good? Good! Su Yung was the only person to give Deonna Purrazzo any trouble, and with Lee and Susan now on the outs with the champion, what better way to get back at her than to bring back her greatest threat?

#3 The legendary Mickie James

Mickie James is now working with NWA and is gearing up for an all-women's show called EmPowerrr. NWA has a good women's roster that includes Taryn Terrell, Thunder Rosa, former IMPACT Wrestling star Kylie Rae, Melina, and NWA Women's Champion Kamille. The addition of the strongest women's division in the United States would make the show a lot better.

That's the reason behind bringing Mickie in, but IMPACT Wrestling has already teased her appearance recently. When she was released from WWE, she received some of her leftover gear in a trash bag. It got WWE a ton of heat, and IMPACT Wrestling has poked fun at it a few times.

In the clip above, Knockouts Tag Champions Fire 'N Flava, Kiera Hogan, and Tasha Steelz find the bag in a bin with Mickie's name on it.

Is Mickie on her way back to IMPACT Wrestling to give Deonna Purrazzo the challenge Gail Kim thinks will elevate her? There's a strong possibility Miss Hardcore Country will show up at Slammiversary.

If that's the case, Deonna Purrazzo may be kissing that Knockouts Championship goodbye.
