The first time these two sides met in Nagpur this Pro Kabaddi season, it was U Mumba who came out on top with a comprehensive victory. Dabang Delhi edged past Anup and co. in their second meeting in Mumbai, winning by a whisker.

Tonight's clash in Delhi promises to be an exciting affair. Currently on the bottom of the points table in Zone A, Dabang Delhi have a slim chance of qualifying for the playoffs. They've lost seven of their twelve matches so far and haven't registered a win in their last three games.

U Mumba, on the other hand, have a decent chance of qualifying. Having won four of their last five matches, Mumbai now have to go all out to keep their hopes alive.

They suffered a heavy defeat against Gujarat last time and it put an end to their good run. Up against a Delhi side who have failed to hit top form this season, both teams find themselves on equal footing.

For Delhi, Iranian Abolfazl has been in fine form and continues to impress. With captain, Meraj back in action, Delhi can now bank on his leadership when the going gets tough. However, that will be easier said than done.

Delhi's defence has been invisible. Far too many times, they've been caught out and this has proved costly. A sense of cohesiveness seems to be missing in their back-line and if they fail to correct it tonight, Kashiling and co. will make merry of the situation.

U Mumba on the other hand face similar issues. While their raiders continue to shine, their defenders have failed to keep it tight at the back. Anup has tried his best to keep it together but his teammates just can't seem to keep their composure.

Dabang Delhi vs U Mumba prediction

With two sub-par defensive teams locking horns, this one promises to be a high-scoring affair. Expect fireworks as Kashiling Adake faces his former side. It's tough to pick a favorite in this matchup.

While U Mumba head into the game with a better run, Delhi will be keen to put on a show for their home crowd who have watched their side crumble in recent seasons. Man for man, U Mumba have a better set of players and should edge this one.
