Andries Gous played a scintillating knock to ensure that his team, the Morrisville Samp Army, cruised to victory by 6 wickets in this game. The Bangla Tigers will feel that they were let down by their bowlers owing to their disappointing showing. Their batters, however, were the real culprits.

The Samp Army got off to a good start and made sure that they maintained the lead till the very end. It was left to skipper Moeen Ali and impact player Najibullah Zadran to complete the final rites of this game. It was a rather comfortable victory for them in the end.
