Benny Howell (Bangla Tigers Captain) - We scored more runs. What we saw from Jordan was unbelievable. We got a bit nervous when Pooran was going but he managed to restrict them in the end. You don't have to change too much when you win a game like this today. We have a day off tomorrow, we will relax and get ready for the next game

Jordan Cox (Player of the Match) - To get these awards is awesome but to get a win is more important. I was thinking to dig deep and just trust my bat swing. In T20, you have to give yourself a chance after adapting to the wicket

Right! Jordan Cox's knock was a treat to watch and when it seemed that Pooran was trying to match him and was taking the match away from the Tigers, Sams got the better of him. Still, with Russell's presence, one would assume that the Gladiators have a good chance but in stark contrast, it made things bad to worse for the team as he struggled with his timing

Allen playing an entertaining knock but Russell managed just 11 runs in 17 deliveries and that led to downfall. The Tigers' pacers used the variations to good effect and didn't bowl any looseners. Just 10 runs came in over number 8 and 9, and that made all the difference in favour of the Tigers in the end.
