There we go, Riaz and the Deccan Gladiators lift the trophy, some more fireworks go up in the air and it certainly is the start of a long night in Abu Dhabi for the Deccan Gladiators!!
Wahab Riaz (Deccan Gladiators Captain): "Russell has been amazing and big players perform on big days and he showed it today. The team was very well balanced for us. Even if we get someone up or down none had any issue and it shows how good these players are."

Gaurav team owner Deccan Gladiators: "A dream come true for us, with the help of these players and such captain it has come true. I would like to thank the management and the support staff as well."
Dwayne Bravo (Delhi Bulls captain): "Yea first of all I would like to congratulate the Gladiators they were great throughout and they deserve this win. It is better to lose in the finals than not be in the finals and over players have done well. Oden, Gurbaz, and many more good players who are able to showcase their talent hopefully they land some big contract."
Dominic Drakes (Bowler of the Tournament): " Best moment Had to be yesterday where I came out on top getting the team out of a hole. I just love those tough moments. For this competition, Bravo made me work a bit hard"
Wanindu Hasaranga (Player of the tournament): "I am enjoying my bowling all the time and trying to get the wickets all the time. This is not the format for bowlers especially for spinners but I did my job. I would like to thank the owners and the supporting staff."
Rahmanullah Gurbaz (Leading run scorer): "I am thankful to get this award. I am happy with the coaches and DJ Bravo. I was not confident but Bravo and the coach supported me throughout."
Sheraz Ahmed is named as the player of the tournament from the Delhi Bulls!

"I am thankful to everyone, to the crowd as well. I have won once but lost in the finals and I would like to thank Bravo, Morgan as well. Hopefully, we will win it the next time."
Andre Russell (Player of the match): "Well umm getting the opportunity to open the batting was good, at the start I was struggling but once I find a couple of boundaries I start to feel good, and sometimes a support from Tom was good as well. We have played tremendous cricket as we have a good bunch of guys here. The way I bat in T20 is the same as I bat here and I just look to express myself."
Hazratullah Zazai was the leading run-scorer with 353 runs in the competition. While Wanindu Hasaranga got 21 wickets and was the leading wicket-taker in this edition of Abu Dhabi T10!
Sultan Ahmed: " It was a team effort and everyone has chipped in really with the bat, ball as well as in the field. Great thanks to the fans as well who came out in support. A great effort from the players who are really professional. It is a great moment for me that I am on the winning side with this win.

Tymal Mills: "Always nice to win a trophy when you look back on you look through how it all went. All efforts of the individuals who draft us players. I did not bowl at the start and my role was to bowl in the death over. Hasaranga was amazing in the middle overs. It is easy as it is just a couple of overs but we have to prepare, stay in the game as the batters are coming after you.

Oden Smith: "Crazy feeling, all the guys have done well, done the job perfectly, best feeling. Well, the best moment was when I hit a six outside this big ground. We were pretty relaxed, once we need what we had to do it was all in over favor."

Tom Banton:
"You got to go with the feel here from one to eleven we had great players and we were favorites to win it as well. Dre is great at what he has done, Hasaraga has done fantastic in the past few months and I am grateful to share the change room with them. 100% one of the best experiences playing in this tournament. "
Stay tuned for the post-match comments!!
Tom Mores: "Not quite but the boys have played well throughout. At the top, we had a great start with Dre and Buzzy scoring those runs. Well, anything could have happened, until the game was officially won we did not think about it. The coaching staff has been fantastic. It was an exciting journey in this tournament."
Towards the end, the win was just a dream in the distance for the Bulls however Rashid had a blast as he found some boundaries for himself lower down the order. The Gladiators were sensational throughout the season as they were the table toppers and they continued to stay dominant on the night of the finals.
Morgan trying to hit the boundaries loses his boundaries but Hemraj continued on. However, he could on carry on for long as he lost his wicket as well batting on 42. Still, a lot was needed for the Bulls to chase down and the door was closing on them as wickets just kept tumbling.
The Bulls lost another in the form of Rutherford just after Gurbaz and the trouble continued for the Bulls. Morgan alongside Hemraj did continue to find the boundaries and made sure that the Bulls stayed in the hunt to chase this total down.
Coming in to chase this massive total, the Bulls had just the perfect start that they wanted as both Hemraj and Gurbaz delt in boundaries straight away. However, they had to keep up with the scoring rate throughout the innings and Gurbaz holed out in the second over.
Romario finds a maximum but Andre manages to make the off-pole go for a walk!! The Gladiators are celebrating as they hug each other in joy. The flags are out, the owners are delighted and the fireworks on the ground have been replaced by some fireworks in the air!!

9.6 Andre Russell to Romario Shepherd, OUT! Cleans him up! Fitting effort to Russell's efforts. Full and straight in the blockhole. Shepherd tries to dig it out but the ball bursts through and knocks back the stumps. And with that, Deccan Gladiators are the Abu Dhabi T10 champions!
