Player of the match: Shamarh Brooks

So that's us- Mohul and Pragadeesh- signing off from this interesting game. Stay tuned on Sportskeeda for more live action coming your way. Until next time, ciao!
Let's hear it from the captains:

Rovman Powell, Jamaica Tallawahs: Extremely pleased with the performance. All the lads in our squad have to be commended. My simple philosophy of leadership is to lead from the front, and that is what all great captains in history have done. Shamarh (Brooks) played an extraordinary innings. This one was right up there with the best ever played in this format. Looking forward to competing against the Royals on Friday.

Shimron Hetmyer, Guyana Amazon Warriors:
I wanted us to take more chances, but we didn't, and that is what cost us deeply. However, I am very pleased with the showing of our boys. Not really unhappy with the decision at the toss. Disappointed that we could not make it to the final this year, but we have taken a lot of positives from our performances and hope to be back next year.
Shamarh Brooks (Man of the Match): My second year with the franchise. I enjoyed here ever since I came and loved playing here. Happy that we made it to the finals and I am looking forward to it. It's been a wonderful year for me and I am taking it stride by stride. Happy to play against a franchise that I played before. I have some old friends there. Very happy with the team's performance, they stick to the plans and we come out on top.
JAMAICA TALLAWAHS BEAT GUYANA AMAZON WARRIORS BY 37 RUNS.
Shamarh Brooks 109* | Imad Wasim (2/25)
Keemo Paul 56 | Chris Green (2/40)

The Tallawahs wrapped up a rather one-sided victory here. There is no need to mention the fact that it was their batter Shamarh Brooks, who starred with his brilliant century earlier in the day. Their bowlers did well for themselves too, with the likes of Imad Wasim and Chris Green both picking up two wickets apiece.

The Warriors just did not turn up today; the home fans will be extremely disappointed going back. Shimron Hetmyer's side will take heart from the fact that they tried to compete well with the Tallawahs, but the fact that they gave away 103 runs in the last five overs that they bowled will dishearten them tremendously. Only Keemo Paul, with a pleasant half-century, did well with the bat for them.

The Tallawahs now proceed to take on the Barbados Royals in the final of this edition of the Caribbean Premier League!
