Yash Dhull (India captain): We did not think it was a good score but wanted to defend it as well as we could. Our spinners did extremely well and grabbed the opportunities that came our way. We wanted to take the game deep but in the heat of the moment, things did not go well. We spoke to the team management and set up this spin bowling attack. Nishant Sindhu is perhaps the ace of spades in our side- he always performs when asked to. Manav Suthar and Abhishek Sharma are key players too. Looking forward to playing against Pakistan. (On his own form) I will only be satisfied after we win the final.
Saif Hasan (Bangladesh captain): We were in the game, just a bit of collapse from the middle order batters. I think everything was going according to the plan. We restricted them to a good score and then had a great start but the collapse didn't really help us. We played a few rash shots and could have minimised the mistakes. I think we played some rash shots, if we would have taken some time it would have been better. Tanzid has been brilliant, could have scored more. There were some postives from some individuals.

What an inspired bowling effort from Nishant Sindhu and the other spinners have ensured India A came back strongly after a below-par effort in the mandatory powerplay, eventually skittling Bangladesh out for just 160 runs. Bangladesh had everything under control when the two openers Naim Sheikh and Tanzid Hasan started off superbly.
Naim was quite exceptional to begin with as he smashed four boundaries of the opening over of Harshit Rana. It wasn't lousy bowling but exceptional stroke-making from Naim which meant that Bangladesh were off to a superb start. Tanzid also joined in the fun and scored a superb half-century. Manav Suthar eventually dismissed Naim after a 70-run stand. Out came Zakir Hasan to join Tanzid and the duo batted sensibly for a while before Hasan departed or the bowling of Nishant Singh.
The left arm spinner was fascinating to watch as he finished with a fifer. Abhishek Sharma was also brought in towards the middle overs. Yash Dhull set attacking fields which prompted the Bangladesh batters to play some loose shots. Close-in fielders played on their mind as they kept giving away wickets very cheaply. Nikin Jose was quite exceptional in the field, taking three brilliant catches.
Saif Hassan and Mahmudul Hasan Joy chipped in with 20 odd but couldn't quite turn it into a big one. Eventually it was Manav Suthar who got the final wicket of Ripon Mondol to bring down curtains on a hard-fought game for India. They will now face Pakistan A in the final of the tournament on Sunday

Mondol tries to carve it over the off side but does not connect too well. He ends up miscuing it straight to the hands of the fielder stationed at cover for a simple catch! That will be that, and India seal the deal, beating Bangladesh by 51 runs. The latter collapsed in an inexplicable manner after the stupendous opening partnership that they had! India will now take on Pakistan in the final!

This is a fifer for Nishant Sindhu and India A almost there. Hasan Joy would have hoped to put on some resistance but that hasn't been the case and the end is near for the Bangla Tigers.
33.2 Nishant Sindhu to Mahmudul Hasan Joy, JOY DEPARTS! INDIA ARE ALMOST THERE! FIFER FOR SINDHU! Tossed up outside off, turns away slightly. Joy gets drawn into the drive but only ends up slicing it straight to the hands of the fielder at point for a simple catch! This was the fifth wicket for Sindhu- he is now the highest wicket-taker of the tournament. India are one wicket away from victory!
