Right. We're three games into this tri-series, and the host nation have been the dominant side amongst the trio. Nepal have picked up two wins from their two games and will be looking to make it three wins on the trot. Meanwhile, the Dutch have got a win out of their first two games, having suffered a defeat against the hosts in the first match.

Nepal started off their campaign with a comprehensive win over Netherlands and continued their brilliant form in their second game against Malaysia. Their bowlers have done a splendid job, led by Sandeep Lamichhane. The young leggy has got 4 wickets in the tournament so far, while Karan KC has supported him well.

Khushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh, have been a destructive opening pair and have stitched a century stand in both their matches. Nepal will be looking to build on that win and make a strong hold on the top spot.

Netherlands bounced back with a win against Malaysia, as they one a close contest against. Dutch opener, Max ODowd hammered 133* off 73 balls, as he massacred the Malaysian bowling attack to post a mammoth target of 193.

The Dutch bowlers were absolutely tonked by the Nepal openers in their first game, but they bounced back brilliantly against Malaysia. The Pieter Seelaar - led side were superior in all three departments in the game against Malaysia, but will have to up the ante against the hosts.

The track at the Kirtipur is a balanced one as it assists both the batsmen and the bowlers. With the ball coming on to the bat nicely, the batters should get good value for their shots. The spinners have enjoyed great success here and are expected to dominate proceedings on Tuesday as well. The average first innings score at the venue is 149 runs.

The tournament is a double round-robin phase of the tournament and the second round of fixtures begins today today. Nepal have a chance to seal top spot in the group if they win this match. Meanwhile, Netherlands will want to get level on points with their opposition, to spice things up in this tournament.
