Punjab CC Amadora have registered two thumping victories here on Day 3. They were always the favourites going in. However, we expected a better fight from the Dragons. Unfortunately, what was deemed to be a gulf between the two sides, turned out to be an ocean.

Miranda Dragons were outplayed in each and every department of the game. Their batters caused wind patterns across Portugal to change as their swinging blades connected with air far more often than they did with the leather. They couldn't hold on to the catches. The wicketkeeper fumbled, missed opportunities and leaked runs. The bowlers conceded too many extras.

Punjab CC Amadora, on the other hand, were clinical. The only man who gave them a bit of a hard time was Dawood Muhammad who hit a 24-ball-42 in the first innings. That did get the Dragons to a respectable total. But Punjab CC Amadora made the chase look easy.

They win without losing a wicket and move up to the apex spot in the points table.
