It seems as if Ajay Thakur is seriously injured and might not take further part in this match, sitting on the sidelines with his eye heavily bandaged.

That said, Kabaddi is all about passion and playing for the country and being the captain of the team, we might just see him get back on the court.

There was never a shadow of doubt that this India-Iran clash would give rise to some serious fireworks. The first half has provided some intense action, with India putting themselves in some trouble, gifting Iran defense points in a rush.
