So, thats it folks from us for this game. Don't go away just as yet as we have the next game featuring the Northern Warriors and the Maratha Arabians lined up as well. Do join us for the live coverage, if the rain resists.
Earlier on, the Rajputs had accumulated 94 runs from 9 overs, thanks largely to some brilliant hitting by Laurie Evans who was unbeaten on 38 of just 19 balls. The likes of McCullum and Rossouw threatened to go big but were dismissed on the score of 21. For the Knights, Fabian Allen was the pick of the bowlers, conceding just 17 runs from his two overs and picking up two wickets as well.
Unfortunately folks, the play has been called off due to rain. Hence, both teams would share one point each. As a result of that, the Rajputs finish at number two position in Group A, courtesy a better run rate.
A brilliant comeback from Naveed who had gone for 19 runs of his first over. Just 8 runs and a wicket from that over. Rajputs struggling to get the big hits at the fag end of their innings.
Mohammad Naveed comes on to bowl the penultimate over and picks a wicket of his first ball as Ben Dunk slices a full ball to the long off boundary. Pollard does not drop those.
Brathwaite struggles against wrist spin continues as he holes out to Kieron Pollard at the long on boundary. A needless shot that from the big West Indian.
Lamichhane comes on to bowl the seventh over but is deposited for two sixes of his first 2 balls by Evans. Evans striking it beautifully tonight. Can he carry on though?
The West Indian tosses it up outside the off stump and Rossouw goes for a wild hoick on the leg side and can only top edge it into the safe hands of the wicket-keeper.
Fabian Allen comes on to bowl the fourth over and has the big fish in his kitty. Nicely tossed up delivery, McCullum looks to sweep, misses the ball and has his stumps disturbed. Just when he was looking good for a big one, Baz has to walk back to the hut.
Rajputs have some big hitters of the ball in the form of Mohammad Shahzad, Brendon McCullum and Rilee Rossouw and would be hoping to post a total in excess of 120 .
Brendon McCullum, captain of the Rajputs flips the coin. Eoin Morgan calls head and heads it is. Kerala Knights have won the toss and as expected, would field first.
Hello everyone and welcome to Sportskeeda's live coverage of the all important T-10 match between the defending champions Kerala Knights and the Rajputs. The winner of this match would displace the Pakhtoons from the top of the points table in Group A.
The final game of Group A will see the Kerala Knights take on the Rajputs. Both teams have won one and lost one and will both be looking to finish with a victory that could send them to the top of the group.
Rajputs came out all guns blazing in their opening encounter and registered a massive win over the Sindhis but then were thrashed in their second game by the Pakhtoons, who are currently top of Group A.
It was the other way around for the Kerala Knights, who began with a convincing victory over the Pakhtoons in their opening game but lost to Sindhis in their previous encounter.
Both teams know that a win will guarantee them of top spot in the group courtesy of their superior run rate, compared to the Pakhtoons, who are currently top. Who will come out on top in the 11th game of the T10 League and go one step closer to clinching the title? Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium in Sharjah will have the answer.
