After a valiant effort from both competitors, Cody manages to deliver three back-to-back Cross Rhodes and then deliver a crushing sledgehammer strike to keep Rollins down for the three count.

Cody Rhodes wins via Pinfall

Rollins delivers a Cross Rhodes on Cody but after the first one, Cody manages to recuperate and land one of his own. The two are now down flat on their backs, with the match currently at a stalemate.

Cody picks up the sledgehammer and chases after Rollins but he is led right into a curb stomp. But Rhodes won't stay down and beats the official's count of three at the very last moment.

Rollins brings out the sledgehammer which holds a lot of significance in the story after being brought up by Rollins a few weeks back. However, after dodging the sledgehammer strike, Rhodes gets trapped in a pedigree set up but counters and lands a pedigree of his own on Rollins. This gets a two-count.

Another table is brought into the ring. This time Rhodes is sent through the table thanks to a tough powerbomb from Rollins. However, Cody manages to kick out at two despite his injured right side taking the most of it. The spot is followed by loud "This is awesome" and "Fight Forever" chants from the crowd in the All-State Arena.

Cody shifts the tide with some strong offence and ties up Rollins with a bullrope. With the two now tied together, the match has now seemingly become a bull rope match - an ode to Dusty Rhodes. A reference to Dustin Rhodes is also made by the commentary team. Plus, with Cody in familiar territory, he gains the advantage for the first time in the match and almost gets the win after rocking Rollins in the head with the bell.

Further playing mind games, Rollins puts on Cody's robe and uses Rhodes' own belt to beat him up. Seth finally gives the fans what they've been wanting for the entire night as he brings out a table from under the ring. The crowd chants "Thank You Rollins" as a gesture of appreciation. Graves' call sums it up perfectly: "These maniacs in Chicago couldn't be happier"

Using the cell to his advantage, Rollins drives Rhodes' head and chest right into the steel walls of the cell, continuously taunting him in the meanwhile. Cody tries to fight back but Rollins swiftly regains momentum after a while

Rhodes even locks in the figure four leg lock, but Rollins drags himself outside and reaches for a kendo stick, which he uses to attack Cody's injured pec. Cody is strongly selling the pectoral muscle as Rollins continues to target it. Rollins clearly has had the upper hand in this match so far

Cody has a very large visible mark on the right side of his chest and his right arm. The commentary team reminds the audience how much of a disadvantage Cody is at, with a damaged pectoral tendon. Nonetheless, this doesn't stop Rhodes from starting off strong with a disaster kick and a Cody Cutter. However, given his injury, Rhodes seems to be taking more of the damage from the aforementioned moves.

Seth Rollins is already playing mind games as he comes out dressed in yellow polka dots, a direct reference to Dusty Rhodes' wrestling gear

Theory delivers a superb jumping Spanish Superfly, proving himself in the ring. However, it isn't enough to keep Ali down. Nonetheless, a tornado DDT from Ali allows him to regain momentum. Ali counters Theory's attempt to put Ali to bed by locking in the STF but Theory is able to reach the ropes. Ali seemingly had the match in the bag but misses the frog splash, allowing Theory to deliver the A-Town Down.

The crowd is fully behind Ali here as he comes up with creative offence to counter Theory's efforts at dominating the match. The hometown support is certainly helping Ali as he shifts the tide targeting Theory's left knee.

Theory avoids engaging in combat with Ali and stays outside the ring but that doesn't prevent the hometown hero to do his best as he delivers a beautiful cross body on Theory. The Champion gains the advantage and a subtle reference to John Cena is made by Corey graves as he says "Ruthless Aggression is shown by Theory here". Theory and Cena have recently gone back and forth on Twitter and are rumoured to have a match this summer.

The crowd erupts in "Ali" chants before the two can even lock up. Ali outpaces Theory as the match starts. Theory quickly slips outside to regroup after seemingly getting outperformed by his opponent.

Mustafa Ali gets a huge ovation as he is introduced as "Chicago's own". The hometown crowd is loving him as he makes his way to the ring for the United States Championship match.

Corbin is stretchered out and is possibly on his way to the "Mosspital". Moss doesn't hold back his taunts, shouting at Corbin "Tell me about the ambulance now".

Corbin introduces steel steps and sets them up in the corner of the ring. It doesn't fair well for Happy Corbin as Moss quickly grabs a hold of Corbin and delivers a fallaway slam on the steel steps. Moss sandwiches Corbin's neck in a steel chair and then crushes the chair with the steps, getting a swift pin.

All of Corbin's showboating costs him the advantage as Madcap Moss grabs the steel chair and unleashes a flurry of chair shots onto his opponent's spine. Madcap repeatedly rams his shoulders into Corbin's midsection before driving him over the top rope. Nonetheless, Corbin's experience allows him to reach deep into his arsenal and fight back with a stiff chop block. The crowd, in the meanwhile, continues to chant "We want Tables"

Corbin plays with the crowd's emotions as he chucks the steel chair outside. Goes to look for something under the ring. The crowd is excited in anticipation, expecting him to pull out a table. However, all Corbin draws from beneath the ring apron is . . . . another steel chair. The crowd is not impressed as they chant expletives at Happy Corbin

The match goes back and forth on the outside until Happy Corbin delivers a crushing chokeslam to Madcap Moss on the ring apron. Corbin takes his time, showing off to the packed crowd in the All-State arena before inflicting more carnage on Moss. All the crowd wants, however, is some timber as they chant "We want tables"

Corbin, sporting a half-sleeved pink button-up shirt, is immediately attacked by Madcap Moss who is seeking vengeance after being brutally attacked a few weeks back. The match quickly spills to the outside as a steel chair is introduced into the fray. However, a steel chair isn't enough for Moss. He chucks one of the chairs from the announce desk at Corbin to take out his anger.

The No Holds Barred match gets underway. Happy Corbin will certainly be looking to send Madcap Moss back to the "Mosspital" again.

Bobby Lashley meets up with Cedric Alexander backstage who clarifies that his interference in the match earlier was for his own self. Lashley says he's proud of Alexander before lightly warning him not "mess" with any of his matches again.

The Prince primes Priest up for the Coup de Grace, but the move is prevented by Ripley who pushes Balor off the turnbuckles. Edge is tagged in and prepares for a spear that is turned into a cradle pin. Balor regains momentum with back to back shotgun dropkicks. This time Balor almost lands the Coup de Grace, but Edge folds The Prince into half with a brutal spear after countering the top rope move.

The Judgement Day wins via Pinfall

Another hot tag for the babyfaces, this time to Liv Morgan, who for the first time in the match seems to get the best of Rhea Ripley. Morgan has her foot on the gas pedal but her run is brought to a sudden halt. However, Morgan doesn't stay down as she kicks out of a pumphandle suplex and tags Balor in. Chaos ensues as the babyfaces do a triple outside dive on The Judgement Day.

STYLES CONNECTS WITH A PHENOMENAL FOREARM but the pin is broken by Priest. The match would have been over had it not been for The Archer of Infamy.

Balor and Priest exchange a flurry of kicks and strikes as the two land flat on their back. Balor manages to crawl to his corner for a hot tag to Styles who unleashes on Edge and unloads almost his entire moveset on the Ultimate Opportunist.

Edge and Priest take turns ganging up on Balor but the former Universal Champion fights back before being humbled by a stiff strike from Edge. Priest is tagged back in and does everything in his power to prevent Balor from tagging someone else in.

The Judgement Day uses some illegal tactics to gain the advantage in the match as Edge is tagged in. Edge shows why he is called The Ultimate Opportunist as he takes action to the outside, throwing Balor around before bringing the Prince back into the ring to crowd him into the corner. Priest is tagged in as he allows The Judgment Day to maintain its upper hand in the match.

Rhea Ripley gains the upper hand and throws Morgan around for a while before Liv rallies back prompting Ripley to tag in Priest. The Archer of Infamy and Styles go at it but the veteran experience under his belt helps the phenomenal one to gain the upper hand in the match before tagging in Finn Balor.

Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley are ready to kick off the action before a three on three brawl erupts, leaving the babyfaces standing strong in the ring. Styles, Morgan and Balor pick up the momentum in the early goings of the match. However, Ripley equalises with a hard headbutt, slowing things down for Morgan.

Big pop for Finn Balor as he is warmly welcomed by the Chicago crowd, and an even louder reaction for AJ Styles. The crowd is hot tonight.
