With that, Braun had been added to the WWE Championship Match at Backlash. That’s not just gonna be a hoss fight, it’s gonna be a hoss war.

More heavy shots from Braun daze McIntyre, but Bobby distracts the ref, allowing MVP to save Drew from a powerslam. Their plans are thwarted, however, when Mace and T-Bar interfere.

Following that distraction, Strowman plants McIntyre with the running powerslam for the three-count.

McIntyre drops the Monster Among Men with a Glasgow Kiss and a spinebuster, but it’s not enough. Braun counters the Future Shock and places McIntyre on the top rope.

A superplex brings McIntyre to the canvas, but he still kicks out.

McIntyre’s Claymore is countered with a massive powerbomb. Still, the former champion kicks out.

McIntyre responds with an overhead belly-to-belly, an incredibly impressive feat of strength.

Lashley and MVP are set up by the announce desk while Braun hammers McIntyre in the ring.

Eventually, though, Mandy falls to Natural Selection.

Charlotte defeats Mandy Rose via pinfall.

After the match she forces the ref to hold the ropes open for her.

Charlotte hoofs Mandy with a nasty big boot to the jaw. Charlotte believes it should’ve been a three-count, and thanks to that Mandy nearly gets another victory.

Mandy Rose takes Charlotte down for an early pinfall attempt. Charlotte powers out and lags into her with a clothesline.

Dana Brooke prevented some cheating on The Queen’s part, allowing Mandy to catch her with a dropkick.

Lana tags Naomi just before she’s planted with the Riptide. Ripley fights off Lana’s flurry and hits her finish on the Ravishing Russian as well. Nia hits the running leg drop for good measure.

Nia Jax defeats Lana via pinfall.

A Samoan Drop crushes Asuka, but the former champion is able to avoid a splash in the corner. Naomi tags in and pelts her with running and flying forearms.

A Disaster Kick and facebuster take out Nia, but a distraction from Reggie saves the day. Ripley moved in for a wheelbarrow facebuster, but Asuka breaks it up.

Baszler responds with a knee to the jaw.

Asuka finally tags in to meet Shayna Baszler, and the Empress of Tomorrow bowls the Queen of Spades over with a running hip attack.

Ripley traps Lana in a submission, but her tag partners are distracted by Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke, who throw a bucket of water at Shayna. Nia runs over but slips and struggles to get to her feet.

The RAW Women’s Champion starts things off with Asuka, who stuns Ripley with a knee. Naomi and Lana tag in for some tandem kicks, but Lana falls to a hellacious headbutt.

Next up is a six-woman tag team match. Asuka and the duo of Lana and Naomi take on ShayNia and Rhea Ripley.
