The first fight on this list is one that will surprise no one, as it remains fresh in everyone's memory.
The fight came after a lot of build up as McGregor had been forced to wait for Aldo to recover from his injuries. The fact that Aldo had had to back out of the fight worked in McGregor's favour and he would be the better of the two fighters when they finally met at UFC 194.
Only no one knew how better he would be.
The fight broke all records in how much it would gross. But the main thing that was about break was any doubt that anyone had about McGregor as a fighter.
In the very first round, in 13 seconds, one of the most highly anticipated UFC bouts of all time came to an end when McGregor counterfeited his left hook using his power to drop Aldo, and that was all that was written. Aldo lost and could do nothing, while McGregor got the win and the Featherweight Title.
