#3 Competition
Vince McMahon certainly sees the UFC as tough competition, following their sensational rise over the last few years.
We aren't saying that it makes much sense, but Vince has a tendency to always grow to hate the opposition, as we've seen in the past with his wars against WCW. If you need proof, then just look towards the fact that he even offered to fight Dana White a few years back!
Despite them being two completely different sports, they're still considered to be direct rivals.
With the crossovers of Brock Lesnar and CM Punk into the UFC, we can imagine that there must have been some controversy backstage, and we can also picture Vince being a tad overdramatic about those situations.
