Anatoly Malykhin may be an absolute behemoth inside the Circle, but the current double world champion is always showing different sides to his personality outside the cage.

The Russian has been on an absolutely unstoppable run since signing with ONE Championship and debuting in March 2021.

In his four fights under the ONE banner, Malykhin has knocked out all of his opponents, with only one of them making it out of the first round.

In the process, he has claimed the ONE interim heavyweight world championship and most recently dethroned the previously undefeated ONE light heavyweight world champion Reinier de Ridder.

Outside the cage, Anatoly Malykhin has had some great highlights where his personality has shone through, like his friendship with Fabricio Andrade.

As well as being an absolute wrecking machine, Malykhin is keen to give back to the next generation of competitors coming up, as seen in a recent Instagram post.

Anatoly shared a photo alongside some young martial artists and explained how he had been sharing his experience with them and training alongside them:

“The winners of the young men of the Russian MMA Championship came to our hall for training.
The guys from Kuzbass showed results, and we gave them the fees and the opportunity to get a new experience 🚀”

One fan commented on the post, showing their appreciation for the champion:

“Thank you very much to these kind people for supporting the sport of Kuzbass, youth education 💪🥇🏆🇷🇺”

Malykhin was scheduled to compete at ONE Fight Night 8 in a huge heavyweight world title unification clash with ONE heavyweight world champion Arjan Bhullar.

The fight was pulled from the card a few weeks before March 24, further postponing their eventual meeting in ONE Championship.
