Brave Combat Federation hosted the promotion's first edition of the event in South Africa at the Sun City Resort in Johannesburg in South Africa. The event showcased some of the most exciting fights featuring athletes representing 11 nations.

The main event featured Adam "The Primetime" Townsend from the USA facing Mark Hulme from South Africa. Both the fighters were making their promotional debut with Brave Combat Federation. The fight went the distance with Hulme and Townsend leaving everything on the table. The bout marked one of the highlights as both the fighters showcased intense wrestling and striking action.

In the co-main event, Frans Mlambo faced Dansheel Moodley in a bout that marked the dominant return of the gold medalist from 2015 IMMAF World Championship. Mlambo submitted Moodley within the first round to make a memorable return to his nation of origin. Moodley stepped in as a last minute replacement for Arnold Quero who had to withdraw from the event due to illness during the weight cut.

David Bear faced Pawel Kiełek in an explosive bout which showcases intense striking skills by the fighter from France. Bear softened his opponent landing strikes which significantly slowed Kiełek down. Bear put pressure on Kiełek, who eventually opened his guard letting Bear comfortably land combinations. Finally, a powerful right stopped Kiełek while Bear mauled his opponent forcing the referee to stop declaring Bear the winner by knockout.

Carl "Bomber" Booth returned to Brave Combat Federation after nearly a year of absence to compete at Brave 19 to face Dino Bagattin. The striker who trains at Nottingham MMA in England didn't hold back as he set the pace for the bout aggressively. The fighter from England overwhelmed Bagattin with precise striking and controlling the opponent with his grappling. It was during the second round of the bout that Booth found the opening to land the bomb that laid his opponent flat on the mat to score a triumphant return to Brave Combat Federation.

Gold Medalist at the 2017 IMMAF World Championships, Abdul Hussien made himself at home in the flyweight division when he fought his second bout in Brave Combat Federation. Abdul Hussein went the distance against Sylvester Chipfumbu in a bout that ended by Unanimous Decision in favor of Abdul Hussein. The undercard witnessed explosive action featuring upcoming talent from the continent. Gareth Buirski defeated Cedric Doyle by Guillotine Choke in the first round. Carlos Graça made an impact as the first Portuguese fighter in the promotion as he celebrated the occasion with a TKO win over Dimitri Fogg in the first round.

Nkosi Ndebele stopped the returning Ahmed Faress who had his previous bout against the UFC fighter, Bharat Khandare in Mumbai, India. The referee was forced to stop the bout since Faress was unable to continue after the first round. In the other bouts, Alex Martinez locked in a Guillotine Choke to submit Hanru Botha in the third round and François Meyer defeated Jan Paul Ronge in an amateur bout by Guillotine Choke in the first round.

The fight card witnessed 6 first round finishes and witnessed four of the fights in the card getting over by guillotine choke submission. Brave Combat Federation will showcase the upcoming edition in Hyderabad, India at the Gachibowli Stadium.
