Mohammed Farhad is one of the most popular names in the Indian MMA. A Brave CF veteran, Farhad had fought thrice in Brave banner.
He missed the Brave 20 card in Hyderabad last year because of an injury incurred from the Kumite 1 Tournament in Mumbai. He is presently the Kumite 1 Champion and will face Kushal Vyas for a catchweight bout in Hyderabad on the 23rd of November.
Farhad will face Kushal Vyas in the main card of the event. Kushal was a last-minute change of opponent from Rana Pratab. A BJJ purple belt, Kushal had fought in Brave CF 20 earlier.
Farhad says he's not concerned about the change of opponent in the last minute. And he promises the fans an absolute MMA fight.

How does it feel to be back in Hyderabad and how was the ariel interview with the "Roaring Lion" Carlos Cramer?
"This is my 1st MMA fight in Hyderabad but I have fought a couple of Muaythai nationals before, so yeah being back to Hyderabad fighting here, I feel amazing and the first time ever I experienced interview in air and it was with the roaring lion Carlos Kremer, had an incredible time, thanks to Akbar Rasheed from Mercury sports entertainment to having me there and giving the value to small Indian fighter like me."
Where you shocked to see the kind of support you were getting from Indian fans, who came out on social media to move your fight to the main card?
"I was definitely shocked and the result of supports was more than expected and through their call, I was pulled up to the main card."
Your close friend and training partner Mr. Abdul Muneer is not here in India for the fight, who will be on your for er for the fight.
"Abdul Muneer has taken team India to the world championship so he isn't here but I have a great cornerman from Thailand super Muaythai coach Kru Palang."
What are the changes in the game plan after the change of opponent?
"Yeah there is a change in opponent but plan is the same, it's to finish this fight the way I do."
What do you expect from Kushal Vyas Saturday night?
"Anything can come, he is a standup Fighter plus BJJ purple belt, so the expectation is 'MMA fight'".
