The youngest fighter on the UFC roster, Raul Rosas Jr., has his sights set as high as possible.

Rosas Jr. was in attendance at Fury FC 73: Fraire vs. Walker for his brother Kevin Rosas' professional mixed martial arts debut. He faced Nicholas Whitehead in a lightweight bout on the main card.

Kevin's debut loss did little to stifle the UFC bantamweight's enthusiasm as he took over the cage microphone and declared his future intentions on MMA's biggest stage:

"I'm just getting started, like this is nothing to me. I ain't celebrating nothing yet till I have them three belts around my waist. 135 [bantamweight division], 145 [featherweight], 155 [lightweight]. Let's go! WOOOOOH!"

Rosas Jr. is confident of another victory as he aims to show off his skillset and make a case for title contention despite having only seven fights under his belt.

He spoke about it in his Fury FC 73 cage interview:

“I’m ready to go out there and show my skillset like I’ve always done. I don’t care who I face, I’m here to show that there are levels. Tune in April 8th, I’m going to show my skillset and show that I deserve to fight for a title.” [h/t MMA Mania]

Bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling predicts future title contention for Raul Rosas Jr.

The plaudits continue to pour in for Raul Rosas Jr. as his divisional champion, the bantamweight king Aljamain Sterling himself, spoke highly of the young fighter.

Sterling stated in an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour that 'El Nino Problema' has longevity factoring in his favor:

“He has a high ceiling. He’s wild, invincible right now. He’s very durable because he’s so young. He has a style that’s gonna have him having so much longevity because of his grappling and his tenacity. He reminds me of a younger me."

Sterling continued to assert his high opinion of Raul Rosas Jr. and made a certain prediction:

“I like watching the kid. I think his ceiling is very high, and I think he’s gonna beat a lot of guys on his way up to maybe one day fight for the belt. I would be surprised if he doesn’t fight for the belt. He’s that talented.”
