Despite seeing his undefeated record disappear, Jonathan Di Bella believes his loss to Prajanchai PK Saenchai was a great experience for his career.
After losing his ONE strawweight kickboxing world title on the scale in April, Di Bella saw his 'O' go two months later, suffering the first loss of his career against the two-sport king at ONE Friday Fights 68.

Since then, Di Bella has bounced back and returned to the win column with a dominant performance against Rui Botelho at ONE Fight Night 26.

During his post-fight interview, Di Bella looked back on the lone loss of his career and suggested that though he disagreed with the judge's decision, fighting Prajanchai was an invaluable experience — win or lose.
"I fought one of the best in the world in Prajanchai, and I believe I won that fight," Di Bella said. "But, you know, it was a close fight, and yeah, it was a great fight, a great experience."

Returning to the legendary Lumpinee Stadium for ONE's final Amazon Prime Video event of 2024, Jonathan Di Bella looked spectacular, dominating Rui Botelho for three rounds en route to a dominant decision victory.
The win not only put the Canadian-Italian star back in the win column, but it also put him in a position to potentially run it back with Prajanchai — the promotion's reigning ONE strawweight kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion.
"Yeah, man, I want the rematch, of course," Di Bella added. "But whoever Chatri [Sityodtong] wants to give me, I'll take anybody, whoever ONE wants to give me. I'll take anybody. But of course, if there's a rematch, I’ll fight him for sure."
