Grasso pulled off an upset as she submitted Shevchenko with a face crank in the fourth round to become the new women's flyweight champion. She ended one of the promotion's most dominant title reigns, which dated back to 2018.

ESPN Deportes' Carlos Contreras Legaspi posted a photo of the mural on his Twitter account with a caption:

Legaspi also noted that the artist who created the mural is no stranger to crafting murals for MMA fighters and UFC champions. He mentioned that the artist most recently created murals for the reigning flyweight and interim featherweight champions.

"Credit to Mode Orozco. The artist who also made Brandon Moreno’s and Yair Rodriguez’s murals."

The reigning women's flyweight champion could be another fighter that can headline a future event in Mexico, especially considering she defeated one of the greatest female MMA fighters of all time.

Alexa Grasso is riding high following her impressive submission win over Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 285.

Following the bout, Shevchenko mentioned that she was the better fighter and wanted an immediate rematch. It seems as though the promotion will grant that request because of how long her reign was and the number of successful title defenses.

During her post-fight press conference, the new women's flyweight champion agreed that 'Bullet' deserved a rematch, saying:

"Of course [I would like to fight her again], she was so dominant in the division. Of course, we could do this again."

It remains to be seen how soon the UFC would like to book the rematch. The heavyweight championship bout between Stipe Miocic and new champion Jon Jones looks to be the plan for International Fight Week, so they could do the same for the women's flyweight championship rematch.
