Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been in prison since December 2022 on charges of human trafficking, sexual assault and forming a criminal organization. The Tate brothers are former professional kickboxers-turned-online influencers and former reality TV stars who run Hustler's University, which is seen as a multi-level marketing scheme.

Being a former pro-kickboxer, Andrew Tate maintains a shredded physique. 'Cobra' regularly updates his fans through his Twitter account from jail in Romania, and recently posted about how he can "barely recognize" himself these days:

"I saw a reflection today and I barely recognized myself - A long beard, a full head of hair, and the stresses of battle show on my face. But then I looked into my eyes and recognized myself completely. They cannot break me."

The primary accusation against the Tate brothers is that of human trafficking, where they would lure women into false promises of marriage, only to force them to create explicit content for webcam sites like OnlyFans.

According to an article by VICE, Andrew Tate was arrested in the UK on suspicion of rape but was not prosecuted by the authorities, as Tate and his brother were produced as witnesses and not suspects before the court.

When Andrew Tate went to jail after picking a fight with climate activist Greta Thunberg

Andrew Tate and his brother are no strangers to picking fights with anyone critical of them. 'Cobra' and Tristan Tate are known for going on fiery rants, often verbally attacking anyone who tries to poke at them. Their feuds with the likes of Logan Paul, KSI and YouTuber True Geordie are well documented.

However, Tate going after climate activist Greta Thunberg without provocation may have resulted in him paying the ultimate price. 'Cobra' put out a tweet directed at the Swedish activist with him at a gas station standing next to one of his Bugattis. In it, he boasted about the emissions of his various super-cars along with their specs.

Greta Thunberg replied to Andrew Tate with the following:

Following Thunberg's tweet, Tate posted a response video of him addressing the climate activist directly. 'Cobra' spoke in a composed, albeit sarcastic manner, claiming that Thunberg doesn't know what she's talking about since she's just a child.

While making the video, Tate helped himself to some pizza, insisting that the boxes not be recycled. What 'Cobra' wasn't aware of is that the pizza boxes might have tipped off the Romanian authorities of his whereabouts. 'Jerry's Pizza' is a popular pizza chain in Romania, and the logo is clearly visible in the video.
