Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are currently in prison on suspicion of rape and human trafficking. Before becoming one of the most controversial figures in the world of social media, Tate competed professionally as a kickboxer and also dabbled a bit in MMA.

Tate has been in prison since December last year, and he has complained about the filthy jail conditions due to cockroaches, lice, and bed bugs being present in his cell. His team has also confirmed rumors that Andrew Tate has lung cancer, and the court has denied their request to have him treated in Dubai.

Andrew Tate has also revealed that 'The Matrix' is attempting to frame and break him. From his own experience of being threatened to express the truth, Tate develops the theory that the world is ruled by wealthy elites who are trying to keep him quiet.

Tate wasn't always famous or wealthy. In 2007, he started his professional kickboxing career. His kickboxing record includes 76 wins and 9 losses, with 23 of his victories coming by way of KO or TKO.

Tate believes that he is unbreakable, having already overcome adversity in the kickboxing ring, and that he will do the same in prison. He wrote on Twitter:

"Locked in jail, many commented on how I'm no longer living the high life. They talk as if I was some rich kid. They talk as if I will break. My entire life has been a battle. War is all I've ever known."

Andrew Tate was recognized by the International Sport Karate and Kickboxing Association (ISKA) as Britain's seventh-best light heavyweight kickboxer in November 2008. Tate also won his first kickboxing championship, the British ISKA Full Contact Cruiserweight Championship, in 2009. At the time, he was also ranked No.1 in the cruiserweight division in Europe.

Conservative political commentator Tucker Carlson believes that former kickboxer Andrew Tate is being framed

Andrew Tate was recently handed an additional 30-day prison sentence in Romania for his suspected involvement in organized crime and human trafficking.

Tate has meanwhile sought the services of experienced attorney Tina Glandian to plead his case. Glandian has handled numerous high-profile cases, including the prosecution of charges against Eva Longoria by her former business partner in a Las Vegas dispute.

In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News, Glandian stated that Romania's legal system differs from that of the United States. She claimed that Tate was the subject of a "preventative arrest" but is yet to be charged.

Carlson tried to make sense of the arrest without substantial evidence, claiming that Andrew Tate is being framed:

“Pretty obviously a set up.... I mean, let’s stop lying. These guys were super unpopular with the people in charge, and now they’re in a Romanian jail under Romanian law. I mean, obviously, no?”
