Former two-division ONE world champion Aung La N Sang is ready to show off his new repertoire of skills this Friday night when he returns to the circle.

‘The Burmese Python’ will look to keep things trending in the right direction as he continues to recover from a couple of disastrous years that saw him drop both of his world titles in back-to-back fights to ‘The Dutch Knight’ Reinier de Ridder.

Losing three out of four, Aung La got back into the win column, making a statement in his first-round knockout of Yushin ‘Thunder’ Okami at ONE 163.

Determined to evolve and work his way back to the top, ‘The Burmese Python’ is eager to show fans the improvements he has made. In an interview with ONE Champion, Aung La said:

“Evolution is what I hope the fans see. An evolution to my game, that I can do everything, that I can do it at a high level, and that I’m a fan-friendly fighter – meaning that it’s a fight that fans will get to enjoy."

Standing in Aung La N Sang’s way of a second straight victory is the returning Brazilian veteran Gilberto Galvao. You can watch their fight and many more this Friday night live at ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video for free with an active subscription to Amazon’s Prime Video streaming service.

Delivering on his promise to give the fans a show at ONE 163, ‘The Burmese Python’ scored a highlight-reel knockout of Japanese MMA legend Yushin ‘Thunder’ Okami.

He’ll look to do the same once again this Friday night in U.S. primetime. Aung La N Sang knows what the fans want and has every intention of giving it to them as he kicks off a brand new year in his already legendary career:

"Fans don’t want to see fights [won] by points, they want to see finishes and they want to see great skills, and that’s what I feel like I’m gonna bring to the table in this fight."

With an 85% finish rate inside the circle, Aung La has proven to be one of the most successful fighters in all of mixed martial arts. Can he do it one more time this Friday night?

"If you watch any of my fights, I’m always looking for the finish. I want to get the finish and I’m going to work hard to get the finish."
