Alexander Volkov comes into this bout with a slight edge in momentum

Alexander Volkov is set to make his return to the UFC octagon after a nine-month absence. The eighth-ranked heavyweight is coming off a first-round TKO victory over Jairzinho Rozenstruik in his last fight and has won 10 of his last 14 bouts. His professional record stands at 35 wins, including a remarkable 23 knockouts, three submissions, and one first-round finish.

Alexandr Romanov, on the other hand, is looking to make a comeback after recently suffering a decision loss to Marcin Tybura at UFC 278. The Moldovan fighter holds a unique record of four wins in 1:15 or less and currently has an impressive 16-1 record.

He has six wins coming via knockout, nine via submission, and 11 by first-round finishes. He is currently ranked 13th in the division and is looking to climb the ranks and make a name for himself.
