ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion Mikey Musumeci has been seen doing some grappling sessions with ONE grappling star Danielle Kelly. The two jiu-jitsu savants exchanged notes and pointers to improve their respective grappling games.
In a video released by Kelly on her Instagram account, she was seen doing an armbar drill from the open guard with 'Darth Rigatoni'. The dashing and dangerous grappler has been receiving tips and pointers from Mikey Musumeci.

It's quite a beautiful armbar setup and plays well with Kelly's flexible hips and legs. Look to see her attempt this move in future bouts. Mikey Musumeci, ever the wholesome grappler, commented on the video with:

Mikey Musumeci to defend ONE flyweight submission grappling world title against Sayan Khertek at ONE on Prime Video 6
Jiu-jitsu superstar and ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion Mikey Musumeci will start 2023 by defending his belt at ONE on Prime Video 6.
‘Darth Rigatoni’ will put his world title on the line against Sambo world champion and ONE newcomer Sayan Khertek. The submission grappling showdown will take place on January 13 at the famous Impact Arena in Bangkok.
The event is scheduled to be headlined by a much-anticipated featherweight kickboxing championship world title match. Defending champ Superbon Singha Mawynn and ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix champion Chingiz Allazov are set to square off in the bout.
Debuting at ONE 156 in April 2021, Mikey Musumeci scored his first win in the promotion with an impressive rear-naked choke win over Japanese legend Masakazu Imanari. Just five months later, ‘Darth Rigatoni’ returned to capture the inaugural ONE flyweight submission grappling world title by defeating Cleber ‘Clandestino’ Sousa.
Making his ONE Championship debut, Sayan Khertek is a two-time Sambo world champion, capturing gold in the sport in 2017 and 2022. He will enter the famous Circle with the intention of upsetting Musumeci and scoring a win for Sambo in the heated Sambo vs. Jiu-jitsu rivalry building up in ONE.
