Two-division MMA world champion Christian Lee is preparing for a tough test on his long awaited return to competition at ONE Fight Night 26. It has been over two years since we last saw 'The Warrior' in action and in that time, he's confident that he has improved. There's only one way to truly test that and that's for him to come back and face a top contender and that's exactly what he will do. In the main event of ONE Fight Night 26, Lee will put his lightweight gold on the line against undefeated warrior Alibeg Rasulov. The undefeated Turkish competitor made his debut at ONE Fight Night 23 in July where he defeated Lee's former rival, Ok Rae Yoon. Though he was unable to win the interim title after failing to make weight and pass his hydration test, it was still a huge win for the promotional debutant.Having shared the Circle with Ok two times, Lee knows what it takes to defeat him so he can't take Rasulov for granted. In a recent interview with ONE Championship, he gave Rasulov props for the display that he produced at Lumpinee Stadium earlier this year:"So it shows that he's got a lot of heart and that he's a smart fighter. He's able to make those adjustments in the moment." The last time that ONE fans saw him compete is absolute proof of that as he went up to welterweight to challenge Kiamrian Abbasov and in a tremendous display of heart that led to him becoming a two-weight world champion. He knows that Rasulov provides a serious threat but those are the kind of challenges that motivate someone like 'The Warrior.'
