Combat sport fans have taken notice of Jake Paul's positive take regarding the potential Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou mega fight. The majority of them criticized Paul, claiming that the multi-billion-dollar organization would not promote a matchup with the PFL.
Jones recently hinted at a superfight with Ngannou rather than facing Tom Aspinall for the undisputed title, prompting a response from the former UFC heavyweight kingpin, who stated that both of them would have to persuade their respective promotions, which do not get along well.
Paul, who owns a part of PFL, reposted Ngannou's remarks on X, expressing his desire to witness the heavyweight contest. He wrote:
''The perfect final dance for the two greatest MMA heavyweights of all time. Jon Jones wants it. Francis Ngannou wants it. Big fight for the sport. Big fight for the fans and Big business. Who doesn’t want it?''

''PFL needs UFC, UFC doesn't need PFL ever that's why they are where they are right now releasing their best fighters because they can't afford to put on events for them''
Another stated:
''A crossover event between the UFC and PFL will never happen. So for Ngannou to able to fight Jon jones he would have to get out of his PFL contract and sign with the UFC. That’s the only way this fight could happen and that’s a looooong shot!''
''The craziest thing is if this fight actually happens, we can all thank the guy everyone hates on.. JAKE PAUL!!! he will be doing something that not even Dana White could (or should I say was too greedy to) get done! The entire world wants to see @JonnyBones vs @francis_ngannou''

When Jake Paul called out Conor McGregor to a potential MMA bout
Jake Paul squared off against boxing legend Mike Tyson in a heavyweight contest last year, securing a unanimous decision victory. Following his win, Paul challenged Conor McGregor to an MMA matchup in a now-deleted X post, writing:
''Dear Conor, I know you told my team you would fight me at 170lbs. That’s never happening. But let’s run it in MMA. No weight class. Just like how it used to be done. But you won’t''
