For context, Turki Alalshikh, Sela, and TKO Group Holdings teamed up to form a new boxing company led by White and WWE executive Nick Khan, with its first goal was to bring Alvarez and Crawford on board for a megafight.

Alalshikh previoulsy announced that the undisputed super middleweight title matchup will take place on Sep. 13 and it will be promoted by him and White. However, the Saudi personality later revealed that Sela will promote the highly anticipated contest for the Riyadh Season, leaving fans wondering about White.

If we sign a deal, I got to fu*king get on my phone quick and go, hey, we just fu*king... Because 90,000 people will be out there talking about it. These guys don't talk. I'm promoting the fight.''
