ONE women's atomweight submission grappling fighter and BJJ sensation Danielle Kelly had a strong showing at ONE on Prime Video 4. The dashing and dangerous grappler made short work of multi-time sambo world champion Mariia Molchanova.

After her bonus-winning performance, Kelly openly called out ONE women's atomweight world champion, Angle Lee, whom she's been beefing with for a few months now. The Silverfox BJJ Blackbelt seemingly wants to face 'Unstoppable' in a straight submission grappling match. Lee's calling card in MMA has always been her supreme BJJ skill and Kelly perhaps wants to test that. In an interview with ONE Championship, Danielle Kelly said:

"I haven't really seen her ground game. But I know she went against Mei Yamaguchi. Like, it was back and forth action. But when I went against Mei, it was just one-sided. I don't like putting people down but I just like to kind of say how it is."

Kelly concluded with:

"For MMA she's probably like a top grappler for sure. So that's a different ranking from like jiu-jitsu. Maybe I'll give her a five or six, I just think I have better jiu-jitsu when it comes to the grappling world."

The submission grappling specialist does have a point. She is called a "specialist" for a reason. If the bout is under MMA rules, we can bet Kelly's opinion of the outcome will be drastically different.

Danielle Kelly vs. Mariia Molchanova full fight play-by-play

Danielle Kelly, who was coming off another bonus-winning performance against Mei Yamaguchi in her ONE Championship debut, delivered on her promise to hunt for a finish as soon as the bell rang.

Molchanova tried early to impose her aggressive sambo game by clamping down on the back of Kelly’s neck to dominantly take control. The 26-year-old American grappler then pulled guard and went to work on her submissions.

Danielle Kelly slickly slithered her way to the sambo specialist's back and locked in a tight body triangle to firmly secure the position. At this point, essentially, the match was over. Danielle Kelly ruthlessly hunted for the rear-naked choke. With the caliber of submission attacks Kelly has, the choke wasn't a possibility in this position; it was an inevitability.

In a desperate bid to wiggle out of position, Molchanova stood up to alleviate some pressure. What it did, however, was make Kelly's squeeze tighter. The inevitable tap came at the 2:15 mark of the 10-minute submission grappling match.
