Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were released from Romanian prison and placed under house arrest three months after their incarceration.

The controversial internet personality was taken into custody on December 29, 2022 following a police probe. The Tate brothers were accused of rape, human trafficking and conspiring to form a criminal group, which they both denied due to a lack of evidence. They were detained by the Romanian government for continuous 30-day periods and had multiple appeal attempts denied, until yesterday.

Upon their release from prison, 'Cobra' posted a video on Twitter of him pacing a room up and down with a cigar in his mouth. The former kickboxer looked vastly different to when he was originally arrested as he is now sporting a bulkier physique and has longer hair.

Fans have been reacting to the video of Andrew Tate, with many surprised that the 36-year-old has managed to bulk up whilst incarcerated. One fan wrote:

"Did you bulk in prison"

Another fan suggested that Tate was pacing up and down in the video because that's what he would have often done inside of his cell:

"He is pacing out the size of his cell probably. I wonder how many times he would walk back and forth in his cell everyday."

Twitter user @bradleysovine even suggested that Tate's recent experience would help him become a bigger success:

"He's about to become 10 times more successful"

Andrew Tate says he can't "stand his phone" upon release from prison

Andrew Tate believes his three-month prison experience has helped shape his mind and given him a shift in perspective.

The controversial internet star was released from prison yesterday and placed under house arrest. Soon after, 'Cobra' updated his fans on social media and stated that he had no access to the outside world whilst in jail.

Tate even claimed that the experience has entirely changed his relationship with electronics, including his phone. He wrote on Twitter:

"Since last year I've been in 24 hour lockdown. No yard time. Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans. Vivid pain. One hour home and I can't stand my phone. Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan."
