Sean Strickland and Donald Trump Jr. recently bonded on social media from attempting to insult Mark Cuban. Trump Jr. had posted a photo to his Instagram describing how lesbians look in movies with a picture of former WWE stars Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie kissing during an on-screen segment. Underneath that photo and text was a picture of Cuban with the text stating how lesbians look in real life.
This post seemed to tickle the funny bones of some with the former UFC middleweight champion seemingly getting a kick out of it. Sharing the post to his Instagram story whilst adding his own thoughts on the post, Sean Strickland stated:
"Lmao....been saying this for years...the left is ruining everything we use to love."
Check Strickland's interaction with Trump senior that resulted in a faceoff below:
Sean Strickland and his interactions with the Trumps
Sean Strickland has had several moments crossing paths with the Trump family and is a proud MAGA supporter, leading to his attempt at becoming US president once again. The faceoff photo with the former president from above caused another interaction between Strickland and Trump Jr.
This interaction saw Trump Jr. praise how Strickland handled the media in the lead up to his attempted UFC middleweight title defense in January. Though he lost his crown to Dricus du Plessis at UFC 297, Strickland received praise from Trump Jr. on how he handled the on-site reporters during his fight week.
He was so impressed in fact that he described Strickland as someone who should be a press secretary contender.
The 33-year-old also seemed to impress Trump Sr. following the referenced faceoff photo with Strickland. The former Apprentice host praised how intimidating of a presence that Strickland is when he specifically cited his pronounced cauliflower ears.
The operative wording involved calling Strickland a nasty-looking guy with the polarizing figure saying that he would not want any issue with Strickland in a potential physical altercation.
The California native also notably took a photo cage-side in his post-fight interactions with Donald Trump. He had just defeated Paulo Costa by way of a decision and found the time to get in a photo op with Trump.
That moment of Strickland once again crossing paths with a member of the Trump family transpired at UFC 302 in June.
