Taiki Naito couldn't be prouder of his latest victory in ONE Championship.
The Japanese standout captured a hard-fought majority decision win over Johan Estupinan in their flyweight Muay Thai showdown at ONE Fight Night 32 this past weekend at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.
In an interview with Nick Atkin, Naito said he was able to showcase his game plan perfectly against the Colombian spitfire. He said:
"My performance today speaks for itself. The performance is everything I wanted against a strong fighter."

Naito knew Estupinan, who held a perfect record heading into the bout, would press the action right from the opening bell.
Instead of engaging in a brawl, Naito waited for his opportunity and worked behind his counter shots to deal significant damage to Estupinan.
The first round was a typical showcase of Estupinan's flashy style, but the second was when Naito picked things up offensively.
Naito waited and baited Estupinan into the corner before launching a textbook counter left hook that dropped the 22-year-old phenom.
'The Silent Sniper' almost secured his second knockdown of the round when he clocked Estupinan with a well-timed stiff jab less than a minute later.
Estupinan, already suffering a knockdown in the second round, went into desperation mode in the third, but Naito kept his distance and continued working behind the counter.
With Estupinan's aggression foiled, Naito earned just enough to secure the majority decision win to snap his two-fight skid.
