Fabricio Andrade knows that facing John Lineker later this month will not be the same as when they met the first time last October. It will be a whole new battle this time for the upcoming rematch for the ONE bantamweight throne,.

Brazilian knockout artist Fabricio Andrade explained his thoughts on John Lineker's new game when he spoke in a pre-fight interview. 'Wonder Boy' said:

"I've seen everything from him, but I don't think it would be the same performance. I think it'll be a much better performance in this fight."

Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker fought late last year for the vacant ONE bantamweight world title. The younger Brazilian was doing well in the match until an accidental groin strike ended the fight as a no-contest.

The world championship rematch between the two dangerous Brazilian strikers will be the headlining matchup of ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video, which is booked for February 24 at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.

Fabricio Andrade seeking the ONE bantamweight world title

It has been a lifelong dream of 'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade to capture gold in ONE Championship, and he will be looking to make that dream a reality come February 24.

The belt was nearly in his hands when he fought John Lineker last year, but it was instead taken away at the last minute. Andrade said that it was a bit of a struggle to get over the moment. He explained in an interview with SCMP MMA, where the Brazilian fighter said:

"In my mind, it was just that I don't have the belt. I don't have the bonus, I don't have anything. And I was so stressed. It took a while for me. I had to step back a little bit and let everything go. It took one, or two months. And now, I'm finally relaxed again."

Standing in the way of Andrade's dreams is the heavy-handed striker 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker. It will be a battle of the knockout kings in the main event of ONE Fight Night 7, and only one can leave with the bantamweight throne.
