Fabricio Andrade has drawn comparisons between himself and two UFC fighters based on the damage he did against John Lineker.

Andrade began dominating Lineker at ONE on Prime Video 3 before the bantamweight world title challenger landed a knee to the champion’s groin, leading to a no-contest and a broken cup. Despite losing the opportunity to win the title, ‘Wonder Boy’ backed up his trash talk by nearly finishing ‘Hands of Stone'.

The Tiger Muay Thai fighter has bombarded Instagram with reactions and opinions about what happened against Lineker. Andrade recently posted a comparison between the damage caused by TJ Dillashaw and Cory Sandhagen against ‘Hands of Stone’ in the UFC and his success at ONE on Prime Video 3 with a caption saying:

“3 rounds vs @tjdillashaw 3 rounds vs @corysandhagenmma Less than 3 rounds vs @fabricioandrade1”

Andrade was on his way to becoming the ONE bantamweight world champion until the devastating low blow. To make matters worse, Lineker missed weight, leaving the bantamweight division without a champion. There has not yet been any confirmation of a rematch between ’Wonder Boy' and ’Hands of Stone' being next.

Fabricio Andrade claims he’s the ONE bantamweight champion

Before landing the fight-ending low blow, Fabricio Andrade had the champion in trouble after a beautiful knee to the body. John Lineker also suffered severe damage to his right eye from the challenger’s quick and accurate striking before the fight ended.

‘Wonder Boy’ claimed to be the bantamweight champion on Instagram:

"This is the pillow hand @johnlinekermma who said he was gonna trade with me until one of us fell out, clearly he changed his mind in less than 2 minutes of the fight and I did what I promised turned him into a wrestler I'm on another level Lineker ain't it on my level. I AM THE CHAMPION!!!"

It seemed like destiny for Andrade to become the ONE bantamweight champion. However, a wild turn of events has left the title vacant. Lineker’s injuries could take some time to heal, leaving ONE with a tough decision to hold up the division or put ‘Wonder Boy’ in a vacant world title fight.
