Fabricio Andrade isn’t satisfied with his performance against John Lineker at ONE on Prime Video 3.

'Wonder Boy' looked phenomenal against Lineker before a knee to the groin ended the bantamweight world title fight with a no-contest. Although there are positives to take away from his performance, Andrade was devastated to leave without the title.

During an interview with SCMP MMA, the Brazilian had this to say about the ONE on Prime Video 3 main event:

“I’m not happy with the way how I performed in the fight. I know it’s not my best performance. I’m not happy with how everything played out. I want to fight him again and show that I’m the better fighter.”

Andrade could be the future of ONE Championship. At 25, ‘Wonder Boy’ is an exciting fighter that loves to talk trash and entertain the fans. After his performance at ONE on Prime Video 3, it's only a matter of time before the Tiger Muay Thai fighter is a world champion.

Fabricio Andrade skipped vacation to prepare for next bantamweight title opportunity

Fabricio Andrade was locked in for several months preparing for John Lineker. Most fighters would’ve taken some time off to recover from the brutal training camp, but Andrade wasn’t satisfied with the results.

While speaking with ONE Championship, ‘Wonder Boy’ had this to say about returning to training:

“Now, I'm the best bantamweight in ONE and one of the best in the world, so having the belt would be very important to me. I already gave up my vacation to be able to go back to the gym and continue training. Now, I'll wait to find out who will be my opponent for the belt.”

Andrade is already preparing for the next opportunity to become a ONE world champion, but his opponent is unclear. Lineker could need some time to recover, and ONE Championship might not want to wait, especially because ‘Hands of Stone’ missed weight, leaving the bantamweight title vacant. ‘Wonder Boy’ is likely unconcerned with the opponent as long as the vacant title is on the line.
