'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade believes it's just a matter of time before he knocks out 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker. The 25-year-old Brazilian striker sees a KO win later this month as an inevitability.

Andrade and Lineker fought last year for the vacant ONE bantamweight title, with the bout ending in a no contest due to an accidental groin strike. Up until that point, though, 'Wonder Boy' felt that he was ahead and had nearly finished Lineker.

In their upcoming rematch, he wants to finish what he started. In an interview with SCMP MMA, Fabricio Andrade said:

"I'm going to knock him out. I'm going to finish what I started. He was supposed to get knocked out in the first fight. I'm just going to finish this one now."

Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker have been booked for a second time with the vacant bantamweight crown on the line. The world championship rematch between the Brazilian fighters will be the main event of ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video, which will go down on February 24 at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok.

All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.

Fabricio Andrade does not want to leave in the hands of the judges

On February 24 in the ONE Fight Night 7 headlining fight, Fabricio Andrade does not want to leave it in the hands of the judges. Instead, he will be aiming for a knockout against John Lineker.

In the same interview, he explained:

“This fight will end in a maximum of two rounds. And it will definitely end with me knocking out John Lineker one more time."

The confidence of Andrade is never in question, and that's certainly the case ahead of his next fight. 'Wonder Boy' continued:

"He knows I’m better than him. His chance of winning this fight is if something extraordinary happens. But we know that I’m the best athlete, that this is my moment, and that I’m going to be the champion.”

It has been a lifelong dream of 'Wonder Boy' to capture a world title in ONE Championship. Soon he will have the opportunity to make his dream a reality.

But standing in his way is heavy handed MMA veteran John Lineker., who won't go down without a fight.
