One fan mocked Paul, writing:
''He can’t even throw a left hook''
Another chastised Paul for calling out Canelo Alvarez, writing:
''And he keeps talking about Canelo, he won't ever fight a real good non geriatric boxer in his weight class during his career. He tried it with Tommy, didn't end up so good.''
Other fans wrote:
''It's going to be a bad look for boxing if he KO's Mike Tyson''
''Anyone who thinks Tyson will win is delusional. If this is a real boxing match, Jake would KO Tyson. 60 year olds can't and shouldn't be fighting. Their bone is brittle, one sharp turn and they will pull a muscle, etc., Doesn't matter how good Tyson was 30 years ago. Jake has more recent boxing experience than Tyson.''
