Long-time ONE veteran Kevin Belingon and his Lakay Central Gym teammate Stephen Loman are preparing for massive matchups at ONE on Prime Video 4.
As always, the pair are helping one another train, but this time, it's a little different. That's because Loman is facing Bibiano Fernandes, a familiar foe of Belingon's.
In a recent interview with ONE Championship, Belingon said:
"He knows what to do. We’re always training and sparring together, and I try to help him as much as I can. When that cage door closes, it will be just the two of them in there. I am confident he will beat Bibiano Fernandes."
Over the years, Belingon has shared the circle four times with Fernandes. 'The Silencer' may have lost three of those contests, but he certainly learned a lot. He's now passing along the knowledge he gained to his teammate, Loman.

Former ONE bantamweight champion Kevin Belingon is looking for his first win since 2018, as he has come up short in his previous four outings.
Not only that, but the 35-year-old has been finished in each of those defeats, making his outing against Kim Jae Woong at ONE on Prime Video 4 bout a must-win contest.
In a recent interview with ONE, Belingon spoke about a specific aspect of competition that motivates him:
“Any opponent who talks nonsense about me only motivates me. I’m more motivated to get into the circle and do my best. So, opponents who do this kind of trash talk end up regretting it later, because instead of irritating me, they are motivating me even more."
It'd be silly to count out a man who has beaten the likes of Bibiano Fernandes, Martin Nguyen, and Reece McLaren. The Filipino bantamweight is still capable of putting forth a masterclass inside the famed ONE circle.
